1. About Marketing Timeline Studio
Marketing Timeline Studio is a marketing planning and performance platform operated by MW Lab Digital. It helps teams organize marketing initiatives, budgets, responsibilities, schedules, and consolidated performance information in shared workspaces.
This policy explains how Marketing Timeline Studio processes information when you use the service or choose to connect a supported third-party platform.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, authentication information, and profile details provided when you create an account or use Google sign-in. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not available to workspace members.
Workspace information: company and workspace name, business contact details, members, roles, visual identity, and language, currency, and date preferences.
Marketing operation information: initiatives, schedules, objectives, owners, categories, notes, planned and actual budgets, manually entered metrics, and links between initiatives and authorized platform assets.
Technical and synchronization information: connection status, synchronization dates, processing results, and error logs required to operate and troubleshoot the service.
3. Google user data we may access
Google integrations are optional. Marketing Timeline Studio accesses Google data only after an authorized user chooses to connect a Google account and approves the permissions shown by Google.
For account identification, the application may receive basic Google identity information, including your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile information. When Google Analytics 4 is connected, the application requests read-only access to the authorized Analytics accounts, properties, events, and aggregate reporting metrics. When Google Ads is connected, the application may read the authorized advertising accounts, campaigns, conversion actions, costs, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related aggregate performance metrics.
Marketing Timeline Studio does not request permission to create, edit, or publish Google Ads campaigns and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or unrelated Google services.
4. Why and how Google data is used
Authorized Google data is used only to provide features requested by the user, including:
- showing the supported Google accounts, Analytics properties, and Ads campaigns available for connection;
- linking an authorized property or campaign to a marketing initiative;
- retrieving authorized aggregate campaign and analytics performance information;
- consolidating metrics inside the user's workspace;
- displaying performance totals and trends; and
- reducing manual reporting work.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Storage and security
Workspace data and imported aggregate metrics are stored in the application database so they can be displayed in reports and historical views. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and processed on the server. They are not returned to the browser or exposed to other workspace members.
Access controls isolate workspace information and limit data access according to each member's role. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No security measure can eliminate every risk, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the service.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data or personal information. Information is processed by the infrastructure, database, authentication, and email service providers required to operate Marketing Timeline Studio. Within a workspace, authorized members can view information according to their assigned role. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal order.
7. Revoking Google access
You can disconnect a Google integration from the Integrations area in Marketing Timeline Studio. The application makes a best-effort request to revoke the provider token and removes the stored connection and encrypted credentials. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions at any time. Historical aggregate metrics already imported into the workspace are not automatically removed when a connection is disconnected.
8. Data retention and deletion requests
We retain account, workspace, and imported information while it is needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data, contact us at contato@mwlab.digital. We will evaluate and process the request in accordance with applicable law and any legal retention requirements.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymization, deletion, information about sharing, or withdrawal of consent. You may also submit a complaint to the competent data protection authority.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, email contato@mwlab.digital.
