Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Marketing Timeline Studio, a marketing planning and performance platform operated by MW Lab Digital. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service lets authorized users create and organize marketing initiatives, schedules, objectives, owners, budgets, and performance information in workspaces. Supported external platforms can provide authorized aggregate metrics; they do not create or define the user's marketing initiatives.

You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Workspace owners and administrators control invitations and member roles. You must provide accurate account information and have authority to act for the organization you represent.

You may not use the service to:

• violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• access another workspace without authorization or bypass access controls;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the service;
• send unlawful or abusive content; or
• resell access without written authorization.

Connections to Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, RD Station, and other supported services are optional and require user authorization. Availability and data accuracy depend on each provider's APIs, policies, attribution rules, and reporting windows. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

You retain ownership of information entered or imported into your workspace. You grant MW Lab Digital the limited permission needed to host and process it to provide the service. The Marketing Timeline Studio software, brand, design, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Marketing Timeline Studio supports analysis and decision-making; users remain responsible for campaign strategy, execution, budgets, legal compliance, and decisions made using the reports.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users. Data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material updates will be communicated through appropriate channels. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdictional protections that apply.
